1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ploterr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional terms, order forms, or policies that apply to specific products or features. If you are using Ploterr on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You may use Ploterr only if you can form a binding contract and your use is not prohibited by applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting account credentials, and all activities that occur under your account or within your organization.

3. Use of the Service

Subject to these terms, Ploterr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service for your internal business purposes. You agree to use Ploterr only in compliance with applicable law, project requirements, and professional obligations.

4. Acceptable Use Restrictions

You may not, and may not permit others to:

• Use Ploterr in a way that violates law, regulation, third-party rights, or contractual restrictions.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, mirror, or create derivative works from the service except where explicitly allowed by law.
• Interfere with the integrity, performance, or security of the service or attempt unauthorized access.
• Upload malicious code, harmful content, or material that infringes intellectual property or confidentiality rights.
• Use automated means to scrape, extract, or republish substantial portions of the service without written authorization.

5. Customer Content

You retain ownership of the files, models, prompts, project data, and other content you submit to Ploterr ("Customer Content"). You grant Ploterr a limited license to host, process, transmit, and use Customer Content as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service, subject to our agreements and applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide Customer Content to Ploterr and that your use of the service does not violate professional, contractual, or confidentiality obligations.

6. Intellectual Property

Ploterr and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the service, including all software, interfaces, visual design, documentation, and related intellectual property. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these terms, no rights are transferred to you.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Ploterr, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.

7. AI Features and Output

Ploterr may provide automated suggestions, generated layouts, analyses, or other AI-assisted outputs. These features are intended to support professional workflows, not replace human judgment. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs for accuracy, completeness, code compliance, constructability, and fitness for your intended use before relying on them in any design, coordination, or permitting process.

8. Fees, Billing, and Trials

If you purchase a paid subscription or service, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges under the pricing, order form, or commercial agreement that applies to your account. Trial, beta, pilot, or promotional access may be limited, modified, or discontinued at any time unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Third-Party Services

Ploterr may integrate with or link to third-party tools, websites, or services. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Ploterr is not responsible for third-party services, content, or practices.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Ploterr if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created security or legal risk, failed to pay required fees, or used the service in a way that could harm Ploterr or others. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including ownership, payment, disclaimer, and limitation of liability provisions.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ploterr is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ploterr and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ploterr's aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Ploterr for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no fees were paid.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the service, by email, or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of Ploterr after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
